Join us for an exploration of the following US coffee roasters; Proud Mary, Onyx, Wrecking Ball, Port of Mokah, Pretty,Black Rifle Coffee Company and more.

We will meet and review the SCA Cupping Protocol. Then we will grind and evaluate Fragrance, pour water and evaluate Aroma, break and clean the cups and evaluate Flavor, Aftertaste, Acidity, Body, Balance, and Overall. You will have a chance to evaluate the coffees using the SCA Cupping Form. If you are not familiar with the form you can also just take notes on your phone or a notebook. Following the cupping we will discuss the coffees and our experiences.

This event includes a coffee taster flavor wheel card, samples of featured coffees, and a packet of Third Wave Water.
