D.C. based, born in Thailand, Mo has been Directing all things Food and Bev over at Slipstream since 2014 but loving all things coffee since 2011 and beyond. She’s worked with education and standard alongside Madcap, La Colombe, Sodexo and SCA in addition to creating and delivering training for all staff at Slipstream. As a competitor on the National stage, Mo likes to know the rules and know how to break the rules. She loves to explore on bike and on foot.
