The Story
This coffee was a birthday gift to Tom from the Legend himself, Mr Wan (traslation from Thai sounds like Nine One).
Nine One has been a forerunner in sustainable coffee farming in Thailand since 1998. We were lucky to be introduced by an associate and immediately fell in love with the farm, the man, and the coffee. We are looking forward to working with this farmer for years to come.
