Over the last year, many good coffees have been. But this coffee has risen up at the Greatest of All Time (this year).
The coffee origin and backstory remains shrouded in mystery. All we know if, it's from Sidama, Ethiopia and the seeds were dried with the fruit still attached (natrual/dry process).
We've been evaluating these beans at the lab and have tried various brewing techniques all were successful. It's like the Type-O of coffee - it works in everything.
The FLAVORS we've found included strawberry shortcake and dark chocolate-covered raspberry gellies.
We are selling this in 80 gram batches, in cute little ball jars.
