This weekly event focuses on different coffee growing regions, brewing methods, and more. The event is led by Germack’s Director of Coffee - Steven Puwalski and the Founder of CoLabOps - Thomas Ameloot. Come by for a sip or two and help the Detroit Coffee Community grow.
This week we will focus on coffees from Yemen (read about the history of coffee and Yemen, here). Germack is looking for a new Peruvian coffee to feature as a single origin, and we will taste some coffee from our projects in Thailand.
