Coffee Flavor Lab

With over 800 unique flavor and aroma compounds, understanding how to taste coffee can be quite a daunting task. Our professional coffee tasters Thomas and Steven are here to help! They will guide you through a 90-minute journey with tales from their adventures and four unique coffees. You will leave with all the tools you need to understand and describe what you are tasting just like a pro. This courses include a presentation of where coffee comes from and how it get’s to your kitchen with a guided cupping (professional method for assessing coffee) with four samples and a flavor wheel to take home and show your friends and family what you’ve learned.
