Coffee Knowledge - origins, sensory impacts of species, process, and freshness
Brewing Methods and Equipment - methods, devices, and grinders
Brewing Guidelines - 7 essentials elements of brewing coffee
Brewing Process - using different devices
Brewing Analysis - describing the brew and adjusting paramaters to find optimum balance
Maintenance – cleaning
Course Fees: $350 includes online instruction, coffee supplies, digital or printed course materials, and shipping within the USA. SCA Certificate available for an additional $50 certificate fee. This course can be bundled with any of our other courses for a 15% discount. If you pair this course with the Roasting Foundations the day before, you can experiment with the coffees you roasted.
